Common use of Representations and Warranties of Nationstar Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of Nationstar. Nationstar, as Servicer and as a Subservicer, hereby makes the following representations and warranties for the benefit of the Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and the Administrator as of the Closing Date, and as of the date of each Grant of Receivables to the Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and the Administrator pursuant to this Indenture.
