Representations and Warranties of OncoGenex. OncoGenex hereby represents and warrants to and in favour of Sonus that each of the following statements is true and correct, except as set forth in the OncoGenex Disclosure Schedule, and further acknowledges that Sonus is relying upon such representations and warranties in connection with the transactions herein contemplated. The OncoGenex Disclosure Schedule shall be arranged by specific Section references corresponding to the numbered and lettered Sections in this Section 3.1, and the disclosure in any Section shall qualify (i) the corresponding Section in this Section 3.1 and (ii) the other Sections in this Section 3.1 to the extent reasonably clear from a reading of such disclosure that it also qualifies or applies to such other Sections.
