REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF PA. PA represents and warrants to CI that the following statements contained in this Clause 6 are true and accurate as at the Signing Date:
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF PA. PA represents and warrants to CRICC that, to its knowledge, PA owns or controls the rights to the PA System to have the right and power to enter into this Agreement; that there are no other agreements with any other party in conflict with this Agreement; and that, to the best of PA’s knowledge, use of the PA System will not infringe any valid U.S. patent or copyright or other proprietary right of any other person or entity.
