Representations and Warranties of Pledgors. 6.1 Pledgors are legally registered shareholders of Fuhua and have paid Fuhua the full amount of their respective portions of Fuhua's registered capital required under Chinese law. Pledgors neither have sold nor will sell to any third party their Share Equity in Fuhua.
