Representations and Warranties of Proton Green. Except as set forth in the corresponding sections of the disclosure letter delivered by Proton Green to CYRB together with this Agreement (the “Proton Green Disclosure Letter”), it being agreed that disclosure of any item in any schedule or section of the Proton Green Disclosure Letter (whether or not an explicit cross reference appears herein) shall be deemed to be disclosure with respect to any other section to which the relevance of such item is reasonably apparent, Proton Green represents and warrants to CYRB, that: Proton Green represents and warrants as follows to CYRB.
