Representations and Warranties of RAC. RAC hereby makes the following representations, warranties and covenants to Servicer, UDC, and Agent. These representations, warranties, and covenants are made as of the execution of this Servicing Agreement by RAC as being true and correct at that time and at all times thereafter while Client has any obligations pursuant to this Servicing Agreement.
