Representations And Warranties Of The Acquiring Corporation. The Acquiring Corporation represents and warrants to Royale Petroleum that the statements contained in this yArticle 4 are true and correct in all material respects, except as set forth in the disclosure schedule delivered to Royale Petroleum by the Acquiring Corporation on or before the date of this Agreement (the "Acquiring Corporation Disclosure Schedule"). The Acquiring Corporation Disclosure Schedule shall be arranged in paragraphs corresponding to the numbered Sections contained in this yArticle 4 and the disclosures in any paragraph shall qualify only the corresponding Section in this yArticle 4.
