Common use of Representations and Warranties of the Additional Originator Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of the Additional Originator. The Additional Originator hereby makes all of the representations and warranties set forth in Sections 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 of the Originator Receivables Transfer Agreement as of the date hereof (unless such representations or warranties expressly relate to an earlier date, in which case as of such earlier date), as if such representations and warranties were fully set forth herein. The Additional Originator hereby represents and warrants that all information on Schedule A hereto is true and complete in all respects as of the date hereof.
