Representations and Warranties of the Co-Investors. In order to induce the Company, Tribute and Pozen to enter into this Agreement, each Co-Investor severally for itself and not jointly with any one or more of the other Co-Investors represents and warrants to each of the Company, Tribute and Pozen as follows:
