REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE COMPANY AND THE SERVICER. The Company and the Servicer each hereby represents and warrants to the Trustee, the Administrator and each of the Purchasers that each and every of their respective representations and warranties contained in the Agreement is true and correct in all material respects as of the Issuance Date and as of the date of each Increase (except to the extent that any such representation or warranty is expressly made as of another date).

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE COMPANY AND THE SERVICER. The Company and the Servicer each hereby represents and warrants to the Trustee, the Administrator Funding Agent and each of the Purchasers that each and every of their respective representations and warranties contained in the Agreement is true and correct in all material respects as of the Issuance Effective Date and as of the date of each Increase (except to the extent that any such representation or warranty is expressly made as of another date).
