REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE CTRIP PARTIES, THE KEYSTONE PURCHASERS AND LUXURIANT. The Ctrip Parties hereby jointly and severally (and not jointly and severally with any of the Keystone Purchasers or Luxuriant) represent and warrant to the Expedia Parties with respect to themselves (and, where applicable, their Affiliates and, with respect to Section 4.4, with respect to any and all Purchaser Parties), the Keystone Purchasers jointly and severally (and not jointly and severally with any of the Ctrip Parties or Luxuriant) represent and warrant to the Expedia Parties with respect to themselves (and, where applicable, their Affiliates and, with respect to Section 4.4, with respect to any and all Purchaser Parties), and Luxuriant severally but not jointly with any of the Ctrip Parties or the Keystone Purchasers represents and warrants to the Expedia Parties with respect to itself (and, where applicable, its Affiliates and, with respect to Section 4.4, with respect to any and all Purchaser Parties), each of the representations and warranties contained in this Article IV.
