REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE DLR PARTIES. The DLR Parties represent and warrant to the Company, jointly and severally, as set forth in this Article IV. The following representations and warranties by the DLR Parties are qualified in their entirety by reference to the disclosures (i) in the DLR SEC Documents (excluding any disclosures contained or referenced therein under the captions “Risk Factors” or “Forward Looking Statements” or any other disclosures contained or referenced therein relating to information, factors or risks that are predictive, cautionary or forward-looking in nature) filed on or after January 1, 2017 and prior to the date hereof (other than matters requested to be disclosed for purposes of Section 4.8(b) or otherwise specifically required to be disclosed for purposes of Article IV, which matters shall only be qualified by specific disclosure in the respective corresponding section of the DLR Disclosure Letter) and (ii) set forth in DLR’s disclosure letter delivered to the Company immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement (the “DLR Disclosure Letter”). Each disclosure set forth in the DLR Disclosure Letter shall qualify the Section to which it corresponds and any other Section to the extent the applicability of the disclosure to each other Section is reasonably apparent from the text of the disclosure made.
