Common use of Representations and Warranties of the Gilat Parties Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of the Gilat Parties. Gilat Israel and Seller, jointly and severally, represent and warrant to Purchaser that, except as set forth in the Disclosure Schedule delivered by Gilat Israel and Seller to Purchaser immediately prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement (the "Disclosure Schedule"), the statements contained in Section 4.1 are true and correct. Reference to any Section in the Disclosure Schedule shall be deemed to be a reference to all other Sections in the Disclosure Schedule.
