REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE HOLDING COMPANIES AND THE XXXX FAMILY MEMBERS. RHC, REC and each of the Xxxx Family Members hereby jointly and severally represent and warrant to each of Aon, RHC Sub and REC Sub as of the date hereof and as of the Effective Time as set forth below. The information disclosed on any Schedule attached hereto shall be deemed to relate solely to the section of this Article III to which such Schedule relates and shall not be deemed made for other sections to which such disclosure may apply unless such disclosure is cross-referenced in the Schedule(s) relating to such other section(s), and only to the extent that the applicable information or risk is described.
