Representations and Warranties of the Lessees and DTAG. Each of the Lessees hereby represents and warrants (which representations and warranties shall be deemed made on the date of issuance of the Series 2006-1 Letter of Credit and on the date of each extension (if any) of the Series 2006-1 Letter of Credit and each increase (if any) of the Series 2006-1 Letter of Credit Commitment) to the Series 2006-1 Letter of Credit Provider (and each of the Revolving Lenders under the Credit Agreement), as to itself, and DTAG represents and warrants (which representations and warranties shall be deemed made on the date of issuance of the Series 2006-1 Letter of Credit and on the date of each extension (if any) of the Series 2006-1 Letter of Credit and each increase (if any) of the Series 2006-1 Letter of Credit Commitment), to the Series 2006-1 Letter of Credit Provider (and each of the Revolving Lenders under the Credit Agreement), as to itself and as to each of the Lessees that:
