Representations and Warranties of the Province and BCTFA. (a) The Province represents and warrants to Project Co, and acknowledges that Project Co is relying upon such representations and warranties in entering into this Agreement, that, at the date of this Agreement, this Agreement has been duly authorized, executed and delivered on behalf of the Province by an authorized representative of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure.
