Common use of Representations and Warranties of the Province Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of the Province. The Province represents and warrants to BC Ferries that all necessary proceedings have been taken to authorize the execution of this Agreement by the Province and this Agreement constitutes a valid, subsisting and legally binding obligation upon the Province that is enforceable against the Province in accordance with its terms.
