Representations and Warranties of TRLWT Seller-General. TRLWT Seller makes the following representations and warranties for the benefit of the Purchaser, the Indenture Trustee, each Noteholder and each other Secured Party, on which the Purchaser relies in acquiring the Railcars, related Leases and Related Assets Conveyed by TRLWT Seller hereunder. Such representations are made as of each Delivery Date and at such other times specified below.
