REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF US WIRELESS. US WIRELESS represents and warrants to AIR2LAN that the statements contained in this Article IV are true and correct in all material respects except as set forth in the disclosure schedule attached hereto which shall included all of the filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) previously made by US WIRELESS, incorporated herein by reference (the Disclosure Schedule). The Disclosure Schedule shall be arranged in sections corresponding to the sections contained in this Article IV, and the disclosures in any section of the Disclosure Schedule shall qualify other sections in this Article IV to the extent it is clear (notwithstanding the absence of a specific cross reference) from a reading of the disclosure that such disclosure is specifically applicable to such other sections.
