REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ZHANG AND INNOMIND. Unless otherwise provided below, Zhang and Innomind hereby jointly and severally represent, warrant and agree that the statements in the following subsections of this Article IV are all true and complete as of the date hereof, and will, except as contemplated by this Agreement, be true and complete as of the Closing Date as if first made on such date:
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ZHANG AND INNOMIND. All representations and warranties made by Zhang and Innomind in this Agreement shall be true and correct on and as of the Closing Date as if again made by Zhang and Innomind, as applicable, on and as of such date.
