Representations and Warranties Regarding Motor Vehicles. If in the course of Performance or in any other way related to this Contract the Contractor at any time uses or operates “motor vehicles,” as that term is defined by Conn. Gen. Stat. §14-1 (including, but not limited to such services as snow plowing, sanding, hauling or delivery of materials, freight or merchandise, or the transportation of passengers), the Contractor, represents and warrants for itself and the Contractor Parties, that:
