Representations and Warranties Regarding the Trust Depositor. By its execution of this Agreement and each Subsequent Transfer Agreement, the Trust Depositor represents and warrants to the Trust, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders that: (a) ASSUMPTION OF SELLER'S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES.
