Representations and Warranties Relating to Eligible Credit Card Receivables. With respect to all Eligible Credit Card Receivables, the Administrative Agent may rely upon all statements, warranties and representations made in any Borrowing Base Certificate in determining the classification of such Credit Card Receivables and in determining which items of Credit Card Receivables listed in such Borrowing Base Certificate meet the requirements of eligibility.
