With respect to all Eligible Inventory, the Administrative Agent may rely upon all statements, warranties, or representations made in any Borrowing Base Certificate in determining the classification of such Inventory and in determining which items of Inventory listed in such Borrowing Base Certificate meet the requirements of eligibility.
