Representations and Warranties; Remedies for Breaches of Representations and Warranties with Respect to the Mortgage Loans. (a) Countrywide Servicing hereby makes the representations and warranties set forth in Schedule II hereto to the Depositor and the Trustee, as of the dates set forth in such Schedule and New Century hereby makes the representations and warranties set forth in Schedule VI hereto to the Depositor and the Trustee as of the dates set forth in such Schedule. Upon discovery by any of the parties hereto of a breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties, the party discovering such breach shall give prompt written notice to the other.

New Century hereby makes the representations and warranties set forth in Schedule VI XI hereto to the Depositor and the Trustee Trustee, as of the dates set forth in such Schedule. Upon discovery by any of the parties hereto of a breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties, the party discovering such breach shall give prompt written notice to the other.

Upon discovery by any of the parties hereto of a breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties, the party discovering such breach shall give prompt written notice to the other.
