Common use of Representations and Warranties; Taxes Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties; Taxes. Each of the Guarantors represents and warrants as to itself that all representations and warranties relating to it contained in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document are true and correct in all material respects except for representations and warranties which by their terms refer to an earlier date (in which case such representations and warranties shall be true and correct in all material respects as of such earlier date) and except for representations and warranties which are qualified by materiality (in which case such representations and warranties shall be true and correct). Each Guarantor agrees that the provisions of Section 2.15 of the Credit Agreement shall apply equally to each Guarantor with respect to the payments made by it hereunder.
