Representations and Warranties True at Completion. The representations and warranties of Seller contained in this Agreement or in any certificate or document delivered pursuant to the provisions hereof, or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby are true and complete when made, and shall be true and complete on and as of the Completion Date as though such representations and warranties were made at and as of such date except as otherwise expressly provided herein.
