Representations and Warranties with respect to the Revolving Commitments. To induce the Administrative Agent and the Revolving Lenders to enter into this Agreement and to induce the Revolving Lenders to make the Revolving Loans and issue or participate in the Letters of Credit, TWTC (as to itself and its Subsidiaries) and the Borrower (as to itself and its Subsidiaries) hereby severally represent and warrant to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and each Revolving Lender that:
