Seller36 represents and warrants to Buyer that the statements contained in this Article 3 are correct and complete as of the date of this Agreement, except as set forth on the disclosure schedules accompanying this Agreement and initialed by the Parties (the “Disclosure Schedules”). Generally, each schedule in the Disclosure Schedules will be designated with a number corresponding to the lettered and numbered sections and paragraphs contained in this Article 3.37
