Representations Are Not Warranties. In the absence of fraud, all statements made in an application by the Group or an enrollment form by a Member shall be deemed representations and not warranties. No statement made for the purpose of obtaining coverage shall void such coverage or reduce benefits unless contained in a written document signed by the Group or the Member, a copy of which has been furnished to the Group or the Member.
