The Allottee/s acknowledge(s), agree(s) and undertake(s) that the Allottee/s shall neither hold the Promoter/Vendor or any of its sister concerns/ affiliates liable/ responsible for any representation(s)/ commitment(s)/offer(s) made by any third party to the Allottee/s nor make any claims/demands on the Promoter/Vendor or any of its sister concerns/ affiliates with respect thereto.
