Representations by Xxxxx and/or Student. The Donor and/or Student acknowledges that he or she has received and read the current prospectus for each Fund in which the Custodial Account is invested and the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Custodial Account Disclosure Statement related to the Custodial Account. The Donor and Student each represent under penalties of perjury that his or her Social Security number (or other Taxpayer Identification Number) as stated in the Adoption Agreement is correct.
