Representations Contrary To The Plan. No employee, officer, or director of an Employer has the authority to alter, vary, or modify the terms of the Plan except by means of an authorized written amendment to the Plan. No verbal or written representations contrary to the terms of the Plan and its written amendments shall be binding upon the Plan, the Plan Administrator, or an Employer.
