Common use of Representations Generally Clause in Contracts

Representations Generally. If any representation made by either party hereto ceases to be true, the party learning of such failure will promptly advise the other party. All representations made by the Owner and the Insurance Company in this Contract shall be considered to have been relied upon by the other party.
