The financial statements and all other written statements furnished by the Applicant in connection with the Funding do not contain any untrue statement of material fact and do not omit any material fact whose omission would make the statements contained therein or herein misleading.
Representations in Documents. In entering into this Agreement, I acknowledge that I have not relied on any verbal or written representations by any Company representative other than those explicitly set forth in this Agreement.
