Representations Incorrect. Any representation made by the Client in or pursuant to the Agreement was incorrect or untrue in any material respect when made or repeated or deemed to have been made or repeated or becomes incorrect at any time.

Representations Incorrect. If any representation or warranty explicitly made or implied by or in respect of the Borrower pursuant to the Security Documents proves to have been incorrect or misleading in a material way when made or at any time during the currency of this Agreement.
