Common use of Representations of Employee Clause in Contracts

Representations of Employee. The Employee hereby represents and warrants to the Company (a) that there are no restrictions, agreements or understandings whatsoever to which the Employee is a party which would prevent or make unlawful the execution or performance of this Agreement or his employment hereunder and (b) that the execution of this Agreement and the Employee's employment hereunder shall not constitute a breach of any contract, agreement or understanding to which he is a party or by which he is bound.
