Common use of Representations of Executive Clause in Contracts

Representations of Executive. Executive represents and warrants to the Company that Executive has the capacity to enter into this Agreement and the other agreements referred to herein, and that the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and such other agreements by Executive will not violate any agreement, undertaking or covenant to which Executive is party or is otherwise bound.

Executive will devote substantially time and attention toward the fulfillment and execution of all assigned duties. Executive may devote such time and attention as needed to other business activities such as personal investments, independent consulting, board memberships, and advisory roles. Such other business activities will not unreasonably interfere with your assigned duties.
