Common use of Representations of ICD Clause in Contracts

ICD hereby represents to Collaborator that: 9.1.1 ICD has the requisite power and authority to enter into this CRADA and to perform according to its terms, and that ICD’s official signing this CRADA has authority to do-so execute on behalf of and to bind ICD. Should ICD or any of its personnel involved in this CRADA be debarred or suspended during the term of this CRADA, ICD will notify Collaborator within thirty (30) days of receipt of final notice.
