Representations of PPG. (a) PPG warrants that it has the authority to contract on behalf of its Member Physicians and to bind them to all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. PPG will notify Member Physicians of their rights and duties under this Agreement, and of all amendments and modifications thereto.
