Representations of the Blocker Seller. Except as disclosed in the Schedules, the Blocker Seller hereby represents to Buyer as follows (it being understood that each representation and warranty contained in this Section 4.02 is subject to: (a) the exceptions and disclosures set forth in the section or subsection of the Schedules corresponding to the particular section or subsection in this Section 4.02; and (b) any exception or disclosure set forth in any other section or subsection of the Schedules to the extent it is reasonably apparent on its face from the wording of such exception or disclosure that such exception or disclosure is applicable to qualify such representation and warranty):
