Such representations shall survive the sale, in the case of Initial Receivables, transfer and as assignment of the applicable Subsequent Transfer Date Depositor Conveyed Assets being sold by the Depositor to the Issuer and the pledge thereof to the Indenture Trustee in accordance with the case terms of Subsequentthe Indenture.
