Common use of Representations of the PROVIDER Clause in Contracts

Representations of the PROVIDER. As a necessary condition to the formation of this Contract, the PROVIDER makes the representations contained in this paragraph, and the STATE relies upon such representations as a material inducement to entering into this Contract.
