Common use of Representations of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Representations of this Agreement. The representations and warranties of Investors contained in Section 3 shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of the date of the Closing with the same effect as though such representations and warranties had been made on and as of the date of the Closing.
