Common use of Representations of Transferor Clause in Contracts

Representations of Transferor. The Transferor hereby makes the following representations on which the 1998-C Securitization Trustee relies in accepting the 1998-C SUBI and 1998-C SUBI Certificate in trust and authenticating the Certificates. The representations speak as of the execution and delivery of this 1998-C Securitization Trust Agreement, but shall survive the sale, transfer and assignment of the 1998-C SUBI and 1998-C SUBI Certificate to the 1998-C Securitization Trustee.

Representations of Transferor. The Transferor hereby makes the following representations on which the 19981997-C A Securitization Trustee relies in accepting the 19981997-C A SUBI and 19981997-C A SUBI Certificate in trust and authenticating the Certificates. The representations speak as of the execution and delivery of this 19981997-C A Securitization Trust Agreement, but shall survive the sale, transfer and assignment of the 19981997-C A SUBI and 19981997-C A SUBI Certificate to the 19981997-C A Securitization Trustee.

The representations speak as of the execution and delivery of this 1998-C B Securitization Trust Agreement, but shall survive the sale, transfer and assignment of the 1998-C B SUBI and 1998-C B SUBI Certificate to the 1998-C B Securitization Trustee.

The representations speak as of the execution and delivery of this 1998-C Securitization Trust Agreement, but shall survive the sale, transfer and assignment of the 19981997-C A SUBI Interest and 19981997-C A SUBI Certificate to the 1998-C Securitization Trustee.
