Representations Regarding Master Lease. Sublessor represents and -------------------------------------- warrants (i) that the document attached as Exhibit A to this Sublease is a --------- true, correct and complete copy of the Master Lease, and that the Master Lease represents the entire agreement between Sublessor and Landlord with respect to the lease of the Subleased Premises, and (ii) Sublessor has not assigned, encumbered or otherwise transferred any interest of Tenant under the Master Lease.
