Common use of Representations; Severability; Section Headings Clause in Contracts

Representations; Severability; Section Headings. The parties agree that no representations, warranties, undertakings or promises have been given (express or implied) in respect of the subject matter of this MSA, other than those which are expressly stated in this MSA. Neither party shall have any remedy in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) not set out in this MSA upon which it relied in entering into this MSA. Nothing in this MSA shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud. If any provision of this MSA is void or unenforceable, the remainder of this MSA will remain in full force and effect. Section headings are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this MSA.
