Representations to Survive Closing. All of the representations, ------------------------------------- covenants and warranties contained in this Agreement (including all statements contained in any certificate or other instrument delivered by or on behalf of Wentworth or Whitco pursuant hereto or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby) shall survive the Closing for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date.
