Common use of Representations True and Correct Clause in Contracts

Representations True and Correct. In the event that changes occur as to any material information, documents or exhibits referred to in this Agreement, of which Seller has knowledge, Seller will immediately disclose the same to Buyer when first available to Seller; and, in the event of any such material change, Buyer may, at its election, terminate this Agreement.
