Representations, Warranties and Acknowledgements. (i) The Employee acknowledges that (a) the Company considers Confidential Information to be commercially and competitively valuable to the Company and critical to its success; (b) Unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information would cause irreparable harm to the Company; and (c) by this Agreement, the Company is taking reasonable steps to protect its legitimate interests in its Confidential Information.
